"The hotel is very nice in the center of the pedestrian area in Graz, within a short walking distance to everything. Parking is a bit complicated due to the traffic restrictions of the area but thankfully available. We stayed in a suite as there were three of us and it had the charm of past opulence with even a piano in the sitting room. The bathroom was clean and fairly spacious Staff was friendly and helpful making reservations and such. Breakfast was nice. "

"I love this hotel. The hotel is in a quiet residential area and a converted apartment building. It was experiencing real life in Graz, in a fabulous modern apartment full of exciting artworks. The unit was immaculately kept, and all amenities were of luxury quality. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were friendly and helpful. Every corner of the hotel has witty, fantastic design elements that will delight you. We did not get to try them, but all the amenities, like the pool and conference rooms, look nice, clean, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Graz, especially those who plan to stay for a while; 'Stay Artful'. "

"Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there. Really disappointing that the airplane restaurant was closed the two days we were there as thats why we booked this hotel. Parking is very expensive and should be included with the room rate as this is not a busy part of town. Not much to walk to other than the grocery store. "
