"A lovely couple of nights, and we now hope to return in the future for a longer stay. All the staff, in reception and bar / restaurant were very friendly and professional. Food was delicious. The area at the lakeside is stunning where you can watch both wildlife and water sports. The studio lodge was very comfortable and well appointed with sitting area and small kitchen. A bus stop is at the entrance to the site with regular buses between Lancaster and Kendal and I believe onto Windamere...
