"The Auberge Miko is at a great location, peaceful yet central! You feel very safe having the Police station about two blocks away. The studio has everything you need, very well appointed. Tv has BBC channel in English that was a great plus! The host are generous and kind that you feel like you coming home. Highly recommend everyone who wants to come to Grand Baie stay here!!!!"
"Love the place and the hospitality. Really clean, elegant, luxurious and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The place is so quiet and isolated but not good for walking around. If you wanna buy something you need to drive and there is a big mall and nice tourist beach area within few minutes of the place. A plus is that the resort offer a shuttle. So, If you are looking for a place to relax privately and quietly, this is the place."
"Property was as per expected / reviews etc were quite accurate - it is probably the lowest cost to stay in Grand Baie - got to say Monday the cleaner made an exceptional effort to make it as clean as possible. Property needs investment but it is good for my purpose - only issue that cant be helped is the echo from guests being amplified. Wifi - not really useful unless in reception."
"The hotel is beautiful and we loved the position. We had a privilege room which was lovely, close to the pool/reception and thankfully meant we weren’t disturbed by the bar/restaurant next door. The staff were in the main really nice and friendly but often quite slow/disorganised. Drink orders sometimes took forever to arrive, something was forgotten at least half the time, the wrong drink delivered etc. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style and I found it quite off putting that the food is...
"Friendly staff, and helpful ,we enjoyed a bbq wit h friends by the pool in the evening, the bars and restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk. All in all a good experience "

"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"This hotel is lovely, a little tired on the decoration, but over all lovely. The staff just cant do enough for you, and as its a small hotel ihe staff really get to know you and becomes a very personal service. There isnt a beach in the hotel, but access to the sea via steps off a pontoon. Beautiful setting though, and yiu have the pool option from your sun longer too. Just a 5 minute walk is the public beach where there are water sports. The hotel dies have a gym, but very small and tired looking. Mainly cardio machines. The rooms are big and spacious and cleaned everyday. If you want to go out and eat, then there are a few places in walking distance, but to reach Grand Baie you can walk, but mostly its on the road and no pavements. However the bus stop is across from the hotel, and onky takes a few minutes to get there. Only 21 rupess each. The food in the hotel we could not fault, it was absolutely delicious. "
