Wonderful holiday, relaxing at times and energetic when we wanted it. Facilities great with fabulous kids club. Although we only used it twice, the staff we lovely. Catamaran day trip a highlight & would recommend it. We did it with an 8 & 2 year old and we all enjoyed it. Grounds stunning. Food heavenly. We upgraded to all inclusive once there as it's not terribly close to restaurants etc. It's not cheap but we loved it.
I was maid of honour for my sister at her wedding. She had the reception at the Sugar Beach and Christine at the Sugar Beach organised everything - she was responsive on emails in the work up to the wedding and there every step of the way on the day. The manager who assisted for the reception itself was fantastic. The staff really made it, bending over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. They were so accomodating through to the early hours of the morning when we were still partying in the hotel bar (playing repeated music requests by my sister!). The breakfast in the morning was an enormous buffet serving everything you could wish to eat after a day of cocktails. The restaurants - in particular the Tides restaurant served some wonderful sea food. Cocktails were really good too. The freebies such as kayaking, pedaloes etc are nice touches and the pool area was very clean and comfortable. All in all a wonderful relaxing experience that made my sister and her husband's special day just perfect. Thanks to all the staff for making it what it was.
I went on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach and is well secured. The room was very spacious and very clean and it gets cleaned every day. The staff members are very friendly, helpful and available anytime to assist. I fully recommend this hotel as you really get value for money. I also recommend it for families as well. For sure I will book again for my next trip there.
Thank you Team for making my trip a very pleasant one.
This hotel is well situated close to bars shops and restaurants. Public transport is nearby and the beach is literally across the road!
The rooms are well appointed clean and have nice views from most balconies. The hotel staff are excellent hard working and courteous.
The pool and gym facilities and spa are good and the hotel bar is great if you don't fancy going too far!
The buffet style breakfast and dinner offer a very good choice and excellent themed meals. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés in Flic En Flac so there are no problems with lunch, The Bougainville and Maffiozo are highly recommended.
All excursions can be booked from just outside the hotel in the Pasadena complex, and Quatre Bornes, Port Louis and Cascavelle shopping centre are only short bus rides away!
The best advice for changing money is to do it at the airport or exchange services in Mauritius you will get a far better rate than changing before you leave, also better and quicker than the banks!
We are looking forward to visiting the Aanari Hotel again very soon!
This is an excellent hotel with really good facilities overseen and provided by a team of dedicated staff led by a first class management team directly involved in the provision of excellent service to clients, who really matter to them. The cleaning staff and gardeners and the personnel between the "top and the bottom" of the "pecking order" clearly demonstrating a caring ethos, which really mattered to them and their clients, whose needs were courteously and efficiently responded to, with a very friendly face and corresponding disposition. The management team are hands on and really good role models to other staff, who are obviously well motivated and supported by them in their joint task to deliver an excellent service to clients.
The receptionist was warm and helped us to forget the long flight
Procedures for receipt of the room was simple and quick
All employees in the hotel collaborators
And are ready to serve you at any time
I asked the room servse some of ice..They told me that I should pay 5 euros each time I ask them
The fact that I visited many countries and this is the first time I hear that you have to pay for room service when requested ice
Finally, this is not a big problem, and this remains a very good hotel
