We were disappointed at first as our terrace didn’t overlook the Alhambra and the room was dark. However we discovered a big picture window behind the bed covered by curtains designed to stay shut. A free safety pins hooked it out of the way and we had a stunning Mountain View. We spent hours on our terrace enjoying the weather and views.

I asked for toothbrush because I had forgotten to pack one and all of the hotels I've been to were able to provide for free. This hotel, charged me 1Euro for each toothbrush! Place is outdated. I should've booked a different hotel for a lesser price I paid for this hotel. Very disappointed!

The hotel is quaint and comfortable. It’s less than 5 minutes away on foot from the closest entrance to the Alhambra. The staffs are very warm and friendly (one of them is named Francesco).

Our trip to Grenada was mainly to see the Alhambra so this hotel is perfect for that purpose. It is right across the street from the Alhambra and for 20 euros, you can leave your vehicle in the Alhambra parking lot for 24 hours. The hop on hop off trolley tour goes by the hotel and we enjoyed that as well. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The place sounded nice in front of the Alhambra but when we get there all the places to eat are closed. It’s too far from the city had to take a taxi to go and come back. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that reason. The Saff was very nice and they all did a great job. But the breakfast was horrible. Would eat breakfast here.

The location is really good and just 2 minutes walk to Alhambra. Don’t expect a perfect breakfast but the room was clean and so good . I highly recommend this hotel

A very comfy hotel and warm welcoming staff. The property is right across the Alhambra groups guided tours, even if google maps might suggest otherwise.. Bus stop to go downtown is also across the street from the hotel.

It was one minute's walk to Alhambra, and since we were in Granada mainly for this and staying only one night, this was the most convenient of places to stay. Very nice, clean hotel, with friendly, English-speaking staff who helped us with taxis back into town and the train station on our second day. I would recommend if your visit to Granada is short and your main purpose is to see Alhambra.

This was the perfect hotel to visit the Alhambra. Parking was in #1. Just go downstairs and the monument is right there. Hotel was very clean, great breakfast, and the room was great!

Staff kind and helpful 5 star Location if you only going to Alhambra 5 star if not 1 star Properly 1 star no sound proof at all you can hear left right top and bottom it’s really bad no on-site parking you need to park across street at Alhambra parking lot 21.50 euro for 24hours breakfast is ok sewer smells in the room it’s not good

Very very close to Alhambra palace. Rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very nice and helpful. However the furniture is too old, the mattress is back breaking and bathroom transmits all the noise from other room. Also the cleaning lady was very loud and banging and slapping doors on the hallway, woke me up multiple times.

The staff is very nice. That’s important to me. Of course the location is fantastic- just up the street from the main entrance to the Alhambra. Overall, staying here is a very nice experience.

Wonderful little hotel, just across of the Alhambra ( you literally just cross the street and you are in the Alhambra). It was clean, 24/7 reception with friendly staff. They can call you a taxi any moment or if you prefer just walk less than a block to get one yourself. Downtown is like 10 min in taxi. Definitely recommend it for a stay in Granada.

I had bad luck! I stayed on Saturday and Sunday and the souroinding noise was awful. The first night I said it is saturday, noisy nigth. But then on Sunday the same thing. I was in room 310 and I had neighbords (upstairs?) sreaming, arguing and dropping things by midnight. Not my favorite stay in such a priviliged place at the entrance of Alahmbra.

PERFECT 2-night stay for Alhambra
If you plan to spend time at Alhambra--especially in the hotter months, do yourself a favor and book two nights here! Save time and $$! From the moment I walked in until I left, service was top-notch! Ana at the front desk could not have been more helpful. From where to eat, what to do, where to go, how to get there, etc., everything was perfect, as was the rest of the staff. Staying here will not only save you $$ but will enhance your Alhambra experience as it is right across the street. Book your ticket for the night visit for your arrival day. You can check in, shower and nap, have something to eat and then visit the palace. The next day, make sure you get the first entry, as it will be HOT by 11 AM. You can then go back and forth to the sites and your room to cool off, have something to eat (there is a mini fridge where you can keep snacks and water cold) or change clothes. Breakfast is quite nice, with a variety of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, eggs, etc. It is buffet and not made to order, which I prefer. You can eat at 7:30 when they open, take your time eating and then be at the Alhambra entrance in five minutes. The rooms are typical of this price point and it suited me fine as a single traveler. I loved that there was a mini-tub as I could soak my sore feet after 20K steps up and down hills on cobblestone. And there is COFFEE in the room!!! This American needs coffee before appearing in public. I am recommending this hotel to my HUGE travel group

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was tasty and appealing. The most memorable part of our stay was the front desk staff member who was friendly and provided excellent lunch and dinner recommendations. This hotel is extremely convenient for touring the Alhambra which is not to be missed (make sure you purchase tickets well in advance).

Alhambra getaway
The Crisol Guadalupe is immediately across the street from the Alhambra. The rooms are spacious and clean. The linens are crisp and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. All of the food was well prey and there are myriad offerings.

Very difficult to find the hotel. Restaurant not open for an evening meal on Saturday night of our stay but breakfast was simple but nice. Very handy location for Alhambra tour.

Convenient for the Alhambra and reasonable rates.
The man on the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful, told me the bus numbers into the centre and recommended a couple of restaurants. No onsite restaurant or bar, but buses are cheap and frequent into the city. Parking is expensive in the multitude of official Alhambra car parks, but if you can get a space in the nearby (1km) cemetery, that's free. Overall, good location for the Alhambra, very fairly priced, good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. I'd recommend this hotel for a visit to the Alhambra without hesitation.
