Very small room,no a/c or heater,shower do not hold hot water for more than 5 minutes,noisy and uncomfortable bed,like sleeping in a stone.3rd world country hotel.

Nightmare to check in.
I guess you pay for what you get. It was cheap, but checking in was a nightmare as the host didn't answer their WhatsApp or their phone. There's no reception there and everything has to be done via messaging.

budget option
If you are looking for a budget accommodation for just one night, you will be fine here. Nothing fancy, shared bathroom, tiny kitchen. Pretty old amenities but very clean and beds were comfy. Bus station to San Telmo Parque close by. Walkable from the cruise ship port.

This is basic hostel, if you book it expecting anything else you will be disappointed. It suited our needs perfectly, cheap, good location, own room. The shared bathroom was clean and cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is somewhere we most certainly look at staying again

It is not far from a bus stop if you go there from the airport. And, it’s within walking distance of the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You are close to a nice walk along the water, a nice park, and lots of restaurants. I plan to stay there again.

Good central hostal
The hostal was very well situated close to city center. We were upgraded to a better room (with private bathroom) for free. It was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Good stay
Location of hostel is very good, close to beach, shoping area and night life. Staff very friendly, willing to help and give city tips, room clean and spacious. The room could be equiped with some chairs or a place to hang a jacket or towel.

Great for an overnight stay
Needed a place to crash overnight. Room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Being in the middle of the city next to an expressway, it was noisy but closing the window (early January, so not too hot outside) worked well. Lots of tile/marble/granite meant no allergen-harboring carpets, etc. Reception was closed but we were provided with the code to access the front door and our room was open and ready with necessary keys provided. Walls a bit thin so if you snore, someone may knock on the wall!! Towels clean, good size. Lots of hot water in the shower; soap in a dispenser. a kitchen is available to prepare meals if you wish but we did not do this. We stayed on two occasions and highly recommend Alcaravaneras to anyone who needs a clean, safe place to spend overnight. And, oyu can get a beer and a snack right across the street!

Grest. Location and value
You can't beat about $25/ a day in the heart of las Palma's. When I was looking all the other places were $100+ per night. Only bad part is that it is a little noisy if you have a room facing the street. I had to sleep with the window open cause the rooms were a little warm. I would ask for an interior room. I don't know if they have air conditioning or not. Everything was clean and nice, fast Wi-Fi, bit my room did not have a TV.

Great little simple hotel.
Great little simple hotel. Good location half-way between the old town and the beach area. Room is simple but clean and comfortable and the price is great.

Good basic lodging in Central Las Palmas
Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean and great value. Very helpful receptionist who speaks English too.

A Good Value
Very simple and spartan, but comfortable. Las Palmas is a very long city, and the hotel is located between the historical part and the beachy part, which was ideal for my trip. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great value
If you need a place to stay overnight and don't need a bunch of amenities, this is a great value. Check-in and check-out and payment was very uncomplicated. The location is very central, which is nice, but if you have a car, you might have a hard time finding parking. I just ended up parking in a parking structure.

Bargain of the year!
If you're staying in Las Palmas and you're on a budget, stay here! I loved it! A proper Las Palmas apartment block, basic but functional. Free wifi - and have stayed in much more expensive places that charge for it! I paid 20 euros per night for a private double room with it's own bathroom. The absolute find and bargain of my travels round the Canary Islands and I would 100% stay here again. Unusual arrangements - not really a reception as such, and I got a text in Spanish (thank goodness for google translate!) telling me that the key would be inside the room, and what the door code was to get in. Well, all worked fine - phew :) Paid the cleaner cash when I left. It's all a bit casual, but such amazing value. Street a little noisy outside, but nothing you can't handle. Stay here - it's cool. Save your euros for spending!

As I was coming on Sunday and the host was not not there, he had just left the room keys for me in a designated place. He had also suggested to leave the payment for him in the room when I was leaving. Clean, nice and simple room, excellent for a night or two for one person! Minutes from the Plaza de Espana and a bunch of shops and cafes open even on Sunday. Highly recommend!

Good hostel near to the Las Canteras zone
Near to the Alcaravaneras beach and Las Canteras zone. Good situated, nice staff, kitchen, bathroom and the rooms with a balcony (view on the sea).

Ich bin nicht zufrieden: Dass Haus soll saniert werden und modernisiert. Eine kleine Küche auf 4 Etage fast keine Geschirmt eine Kühlschrank voll und schmutzig für so viele Geste. Handtücher mit Löchern und ausgenutzt,Bettwäsche nicht besser.

They wrote me an email, that there is no one at the reception at my arrival time and would send me another mail with instructions to enter thd hostal. This mail never came..I doubt if this hostal ecists. Of course the criminals took the money from my credit card

The access instructions were sent correctly and you have entered in the Hostel and your room perfectly. We have CCTV recordings that confirm this. The cost of the reservation does not cover the broken window glass that we found the next morning and that you hit very hard on purpose. We have received many complaints from other guests and the incident were reported to the local police.

Eine Tasse und eine Müslischale in der Küche für 10,20 Gäste waren deutlich zu wenig. Das Küchentuch sollte mal gewaschen werden. Der Mülleimer quoll über. Ja, es war Wochenende...aber Die Toilette war sauber, nur wehe, wenn die Blase voll ist, muss man schnell in die andere Etage.

Easy living and filled my needs!
Easy set up, nice and simple room. Was perfect for a simple week as an open minded dude without high expectations or needs. Met a few other guests on the roof terrace. Felt safe and slept with the balcony door open, accompanied by soothing back alley noise. Clean bathroom with a nice, big shower. Got the wrong front door passcode at first tho, had to wait for some guests to get out so I could get in. However I t all worked out

Ofrecían en la Web, alojamiento vista al mar y no cumplieron con esta premisa pese a solicitarse... Muy incómodo, al tener que subir tres plantas de escaleras, sin tener en cuenta mi edad 57 años, sin un estado físico maravilloso. En el tercer piso, sólo un baño para más de seis habitaciones. Un baño con dos bombillas y una de ellas fundida.Reclamaciones sólo por teléfono, horario muy limitado de recepción
