Cher Stéphanie,Concernant vos commentaires, je voudrais apporter les précisions suivantes:Bien que notre parking ne dispose pas de beaucoup de places, les véhicules bougent continuellement, et aussi Il y a généralement de nombreuses places de stationnement dans la rue de l'hôtel, même si en haute saison c'est un peu plus compliqué. Justement parce que c'était la haute saison, l'hôtel était plein pendant leur séjour, avec toutes les chambres occupées. Aucun client s’est jamais plaint d’une mauvaise odeur auparavant. il y a une place à l'extérieur de l'hôtel avec poubelles, mais il est toujours fermé et suffisamment séparé de notre complexe.Concernant le bruit du restaurant, à des heures précis, pendant le petit déjeneur, il est inévitable qu'il y ait un peu de bruit, quand il y a un afflux important de clients. Nous sommes sûrs qu'il y a eu un malentendu avec notre réceptionniste dû à la langue. Elle voulait lui dire qu'elle ne pouvait pas lui donner la clé de secours, et qu’il fallait attendre pour que le personnel de maintenance fasse une copie. Nous sommes désolés des inconvénients causés et de ne pas avoir été à la hauteur de vos attentes. En tous cas, nous sommes très fiers d'avoir tous types de clients, compris les personnes âgées ou les personnes à mobilité réduite, parce que dans notre établissement tout le monde est bienvenu, aussi “Clientèle type Ehpad”. Dans le cas contraire, nous serions en discriminant en raison de l'âge ou d'un handicap physique, et ça serait injuste, inacceptable et inadmissible.Salutations,
