Loved this place

Posted 19-Jun-2014
I am 24 and stayed here for a relaxing holiday with friends from the north of the island. I found staff more than happy to help and the bungalow was cleaned nearly every day. It was really quiet so not the place to go if you want a party holiday but perfect for a relaxing holiday and for families. Great shuttle service to nearby beaches and resorts and near to many attractions. Bungalow was really nice and beds were very comfy! Highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here on my visits to Gran Can from now on :)

My experience was a pleasant one, accommodation was clean and equipped for all our needs. However beach was a 40 minute walk, not ideal with small children.

Fantastic service

We have stayed at these bungalows on many occasions, the staff are extreemly friendly nothing is too much trouble. The bungalows are very comfortable kept very clean by 5 days a week maid service. Pool towels supplied, bathroom towels changed every 2 days. The gardens kept to a very high standard. There is a free bus service to and from the beach. We went self catering you have a 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee machine kettle and ample saucepans. I would recommend these bungalows to anyone, We will return shortly

Good value if you want peace and quiet.

Posted 07-Apr-2014
Pros: The peacefulness - flowers and well tended lawns, and quiet in the evenings.
Cons: There is a restaurant on the "campus", but it was just the usual buffet - nothing to write home about (but fine if you like a lot to eat.)
Location: Free bus services were available, but we hired a car and found the location ideal for exploring the south side of the island.
The bungalows are well designed and laid out very sensibly. They are on the small side, but you have your own patio and grassed area, so the interior size doesn't really matter. Staff are helpful, and the whole place has a laid-back, easy-going feel to it. OK, so some "extras" are charged for (wifi, room safe, hair dryer,...) - but if you don't need those you save, and the basic price was very low to begin with.

Very clean accommodation, pools cleaned daily.

Pros: good location, and very clean.
Cons: Had one evening meal to try out restaurant, food basic, glad I went self catering -prefer to eat out.
Location: Close to beach with free regular bus service
Bungalows clean and self catering supplied with kettle, micro wave, toaster. Pool area clean and gardens well maintained. Staff helpful and friendly. Free bus to beach, Jumbo centre, and city. Would use again.

Lovely weather

We returned to the same place again after many visits. The bungalows are very well looked after and every year they add more for your comfort, this year it was a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The maid service is five times a week ,and the towel change every other day, great service. The pools and surrounding areas are kept very clean and tidy.the location is ideal for beach and shops if you do not want to walk a free bus will take you. The bungalows are compact in the kitchen and living area bedroom quite large. We always go self catering we eat in quite a lot the patio area is a lovely place to sit and eat overlooking the lovely gardens.we manage very well with two electric rings and a microwave oven. There is a restaurant on site you can use if you wish and also local restaurants . We had a great time.

Terrific complex for a relaxing holiday

Posted 18-Oct-2013
Pros: Clean, well maintained both indoors & out, quiet (away from the hustle & bustle) allowing you to relax
Location: About 20 minute walk to Maspolomas beach/dunes and/or Melonares. 2 minutes from a bus stop with options to get around the island.
This is a must resort if all you want to do is relax, unwind and enjoy great weather without any noise pollution. The complex is self contained and has a small shop for emergency items, although a supermarket is located within a 5 minute walk. The bungalows are perfectly adequate for 2 and as well as a small kitchen diner, there is a small living area complete with plasma tv. We had a south facing bungalow with wall to wall sunshine all throughout the day. Each bungalow has a small sun terrace complete with a couple of sun beds, just in case you don't want to go to the pool, although there are plenty around both pools on site. Whilst the option we took was self catering, there is an option to dine in the on-site restaurant. All staff were both welcoming and friendly. Definitely a resort that I would visit again and one that would recommend!

Very good value for money

The bungalows are attractively laid out in well-maintained gardens surrounding a pool and other amenities. The bungalows are spacious and very well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Hot water works fine. Kitchen has a fridge and microwave and there is a small private patio area with table, chairs and sunbeds. Pool towels provided. TV in room with BBC News and other local channels. The area is quiet. There is free internet in the reception area. The on-site mini-market is adequate for minor essentials. The place is a long walk from any other facilities such as a decent supermarket or restaurants. There is a restaurant in the adjacent hotel. The walk to / from the beach is about 15-20 minutes and there is a free bus that runs about 3 times in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. There is adequate free parking available. All staff were very helpful and the check-in / out process was quick and easy with a small welcome pack. Popular with families / couples etc and different nationalities. Very good value indeed.
