Excellent and helpful staff, clean and bright boutique hotel, near historical District. Walkable to local street cafes and restaurants where locals work, eat and shop. The only suggestion to management: allow bottled water for guests not just for the first day!😟 Glad that the water comes in glass bottles, though, instead of plastic.👏

The hotel is modern and in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean. The gym is just a room with few weights, with no water provided. The breakfast was very poor with very little choice.

Beware the outer perimeter
The first night was spent switching between rooms. Our room was on the ground floor directly in front of a noisy restaurant (don’t let the daytime slump fool you, it’s a vibrant social hub in the evening); if ever the restaurant had a capacity issue all they would need to do is pull back the curtains to that room. They immediately placed us in another room located towards the back of the hotel, but with some reservations - stating that it was an upgrade. If you decide to book your stay at this hotel make sure that you adamantly refuse to accept any room located along the perimeter of the building, behind the front desk.

Very cute hotel with good beds
Comfortable standard room and perfect for one person. There is no door separating the bathroom and the room so I wouldn't recommend for a couple! The room was quite dark being on the ground floor. The rooftop is beautiful and it is very well located to visit the old town.

La mejor opción al centro de la Vegueta.
Hotel boutique muy limpio, bonito, bien diseñado y amplio. Tiene una terraza en el techo con alberca y por las noches música viva. Está en el vecindario de l ceguera que es de los más ambientados para vida nocturna bohemia. Ya sea caminar sus pequeñas calles o para comer tapas este vecindario vale la pena vecitarlo y este hotel es la mejor opción. Los únicos dos puntos malos los lleva que la comida que sirven en la terraza es malísima y que la habitación no está 100% insulada para ruido y se escucha la música; pero a pesar lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town, bus station 5 mins away, easily connected to the beach. Brilliant roof top pool and bar, very attentive staff. Only slight down side was a very basic breakfast. Would definitely return

This is a great hotel but slightly noisy. School kids (I think) start walking through the neighbourhood pretty early and you can hear their earl morning chatter if you have a window facing the street. You can also hear doors closing and people moving around in other rooms. The only other item that would have been a bit weird if I was sharing a room was that there is no door on the bathroom or to the toilet. So there is no privacy if there is more than one person in the room. All other aspects of the hotel were great from the staff, to the breakfast to the location!

front desk personnel was absolutely amazing
The front desk personnel was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure to rely on their expertise and help. Their recommendations for restaurants were spot on: Qué leche, Santullan and Triciclo are outstanding places to eat nearby. They were also amazing handling the coordination to take the antigen test. They should be given a salary raise!!!

Great hotel, great location
Beautiful hotel in a great location very close to the Old Town and Cathedral and the lovely district of Triana. Staff were excellent (Issak in particular) and the Rooftop Bar was excellent and very reasonable.

Perfect location on edge of Triana and Vegueta
Helpful staff, perfect location on the edge of Triana but 100m from Vegueta the old town. Thermostat a little difficult to operate but staff helped us.

Well located, great experience
Very nice room. Excellent roof deck. Helpful and kind reception staff provided good recommendations. Hotel is perfectly located between the historic district and the shopping area.

We were checked in by friendly Isaac, he couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a couple of issues with our room but were immediately moved to another room. After this we had a wonderful stay, Maria and Isaac were brilliant. The rooftop pool, terrace and bar were fantastic. The hotel is in a brilliant position with many attractions, shops, restaurants and bars on its doorstep.

By car you won’t find it! Just park and then look for it because is located behind the d frog plaza passing the Burger King. Nearby there are bars and restaurants. Breakfast is pastries, tortilla española, yogurt, fruits, bread, cheese and ham. The bed is super comfortable, pillow top! I would change the bath gel/shampoo since it smells manly. I had my own, but just be aware, no hair conditioner supplied. La casa de Colon is just 5 minutes walk, you can’t miss it, it’s just 2 euros per person.

Because of the circumstances could not try all the services normally available but amazing location (although I suspect, in a covid-less situation, i.e., without movement restrictions, it might be a bit noisy at night)!!!! Hotel super neat and nice. High-level service throughout the stay. Overall, a great stay and truly recommendable hotel in the area!

Pro: - In the city centre - Clean - It all seems fairly new - Nice rooftop bar (the pool is very small, not really for swimming) - Nice staff. Con: - Very very noisy. Both the noise from the rooftop bar and the bars in the street are so loud. Which is really weird because the windows look pretty new and there's no ventilation openings. If you want te get any sleep before 2am, bring some seriously good earplugs.

Perfekt för avkoppling och nära allt
Oerhört trevlig personal, intimt hotell med boutiquekänsla! Litet poolområde på taket, där man kan få fantastiska drinkar på eftermiddagen, till bra priser. Frukosten är handplockad med färsk frukt, olika bakverk och en väldigt serviceminded servitör som gärna gör kaffet åt dig så di slipper vänta! På helgerna så kan du få en mimosa till frukosten! Området är fullt sv fantastiska restauranger och nära gågatan som har allt! Vål värt ett besök!
