"What a gorgeous place Ruthin Castle Hotel is , we had a 2 night stay there we took the room only option and thought the hotel was fantastic, we had a standard double room which had an absolutely massive bathroom with shower and bath , the staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help, this was our first time at Ruthin Castle Hotel but it won't be our last , can't wait for the next visit"

"Staff were great, hotel in general good. The amenities pool, workout area, showers left me cold. The treadmills are dusty, dirty, screens did not work and were nasty. The entire room needs a thorough clean. We had a wonderful family breakfast and it was wonderful. "
