"Cannot fault the accommodation or the owner, both first class. Well located property for nearby walks, restaurant and pub. Railway station also close by for trains to Stirling , Edinburgh, Glasgow , Perth , plus many other locations. Dunblane is a quiet peaceful place. Just returned , and already looking at our diary for a return visit."

"We had a great time at this fabulous cottage. Perfectly situated near, but not in, the centre of Comrie and ideally a 1 minute walk to the best restaurant The Deil’s Kitchen. Beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped with every extra you could possibly need. Comfortable, warm, plenty of room and a really great kitchen. "Lots of good things to say about this place. The history of it being a stable - charming. The smell of lavender planted near the entrance - charming. The sound of sheep bleating if you crack one of the many the windows - charming. Church and old cemetery next door - charming. Young deer visits daily just outside the dining/living area - charming. I docked one star on cleanliness because I found a pacifier under one of the beds and I know they allow dogs but the kitchen smelled like dog -less...

"Ideal location with charming village area nearby. Easy walk to local pub and to the water. Flat was spacious and well equipped; but could have used a bit more maintenance and some air freshener (near the sea, so a bit of a damp, musty smell). It was a bit farther from central Edinburg (~40 min) than I had expected; but the quaint village feel of the area was well worth the few extra minutes drive. All in all a nice place to support local sight seeing and day trips."

"Fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to accommodate are stay. The retreat was luxury from start to finish with beautiful touches throughout the property to create the feeling of a home away from home. Wi-Fi connection was excellent and full cable services and digital apps available, which was perfect for rainy days. The beds where super comfy and I even returned home and purchased the same pillows that they had ! The hot tub and sauna where perfect after a day of skiing to come back to. I...

"We stayed for a week during the Fringe Festival. The cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a good price. It is a good base, both for getting into Edinburgh and for exploring the Fife area. There are some beautiful areas on the costal routes."
