The Geneva Inn

"The room was very spacious, with ample closet space and a large bathroom countertop that provided plenty of room for personal items. The room was clean and well maintained. The balcony was also generously sized, with two chairs and a small table while still leaving plenty of space to move around comfortably. The reception staff were wonderful to work with—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant food was good, although dining service did not begin until 3:00 p.m. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a breakfast buffet; however, given the hotel's smaller size, I understand that may not be economically feasible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious accommodations and excellent service."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent! There are two staff that went above and beyond. I want to recognize them as a testment to how well management really cares about having the best staff First, Stacy a server at the Waterfront restaurant gave the most excellent service I ever had. She made sure that our group a priority. Excellent effort to accommodate all our requests and there were many. Stacy was super friendly and really cared about us as customers. I wanted to give a token of my appreciation for her excellent service but I didn't catch her before she left. What is the best way I can send her my token appreciation? Then there is Teresa, your grounds manager that helped out our group with a gesture of kindness when my niece lost her car keys. My niece has 4 very young childen. Teresa saw her struggling with the infant and two year old while calling for help. Teresa without hesitation asked how she could help. The rest of us were still at the beach with the storm coming. She offered to pick us up to get back to the resort before the storm hit, just in time! She made sure we were in a safe place as we waited for help. I would also like to send her a token of our appreciation. I don't know what your policy is for that sort of thing. Management should be extremely proud of two"

"room was clean and comfortable. had water problem which staff quickly addressed and relocated us to another room, again was clean and comfortable. numerous renovations going on. lake views great. good location, not crowded. restaurant excellent, food and service. enjoyable stay"

"Exceptionally clean, in the mornings staff was cleaning top to bottom. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot coffee all day. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage links, waffles. Pool area was clean and well kept. Plenty of towels. They have a bigger pool as well as a smaller kid pool with a water feature and a hot tub. We also enjoyed the fire pit table. In all, very nice stay and will definitely be back."

"This is a lovely, smaller resort. A pool indoor with a hot tub or a pool outside, alongside the lake makes it an awesome choice to stay at. We have been here many times, loved it every time! Very good location, on the lake, great staff and 1 minute to the newly redone Supper Club! Close to everything you'd want to do in Delavan."
