“Overly satisfied”

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were welcoming. I would recommend to book through expedia as I believe it saved us a lot of money. Great hotel, great location, great place over all.

“Needs updated.”

Beds are like laying on concrete without even a matress pad. Location is what brought us to this hotel. We would rather have comfort than this location.

“Very impressed”

It was one of the surprising hotels we stayed in. With 4 adults and 2 kids, the two full baths, sofa bed and 2 queen beds made our stay really comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for entertainment too not to mention the short walk to Lake Geneva itself.

“Unfriendly "Welcome"”

Fortunately, our initial unfriendly welcome did not ruin our stay at The Cove. The person that initially checked us in (a manager) did not seem to know how to smile or be welcoming. However, we appreciated the room size and amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that a complimentary glass of wine was provided mid day. and enjoyed our view of the pool area. I would definitely stay here again.
