"So, check-in was ok. Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to. So, the room. It is modern looking, clean and better than the prior hotel we stayed in when we went to London last year. However, there are issues with this one, both safety and experience issues just like the other one but here they are: - Damp (water) patches around...

"Loved the freedom of Roseland House, the shared kitchen/dining/lounge room was amazing. Code for front door and room was much better than having a key,all worked perfectly. Comfy bed, plenty storage space and en-suite shower was great. Only a couple small moans….only mirror was in the bathroom so drying hair was difficult and somewhere to hang toiletries in shower cubicle would be handy.. Had a lovely stay, would definitely stay again, 😊👍"

"Camelot Guest Find is a little gem. Great location near the centre of town, lovely hosts and a fab breakfast. I had a very cute single room with everything I needed. Little extras like proper tea and plenty of water made my stay very enjoyable."

"I want to start by saying "This is not a bed and breakfast" It is not advertised as such. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Quiet. Parking onsite. Lovely outlook from upstairs verandah room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Convenient walking to waterfront. (Uphill on way back) Nice lounge area downstairs. Dinning tables downstairs to sit and eat your own food. "

"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"
