“Great location with great value.”

Great location and close to many restuarants with a Wal-mart accross the street. The room was clean and met our sleeping needs for the night. Free continental breakfast was served in which was a plus. The indoor swimming pool and spa area was clean and can be noisey, but other than that it was very comfortable.

“Good value for the money”

We found the room to be nice and breakfast was good also. The staff was ok but not very outgoing. All in all a nice stay.

“Hotel staff were great.”

The reservation and check-in were exceptional. The room was clean and well kept. Baggage carts were available for use by guests. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again.

“Nice place with a good price and location”

We stayed for five nights. Pros: 1. Our rooms were very clean. No smell, sheets white, carpet and furniture clean, bed soft and comfortable. The lobby and parking lot was also kept clean. The pool was clean the whole time we were there and never crowded. 2. More than enough space to easily move around in. 3. The place is quiet and the people staying and working here all seem decent. The staff was helpful. We left early each morning and each time we retured to a clean room. We all slept very well and never heard a peep from our neighbors next door, traffic or trains. 4. Great location: The shopping center across the street has a Wal-Mart (not a super WM, so no produce section and Basha's in the center has produce-it's so so) You can walk to the outdoor store next to the hotel without crossing the street. 5. If you're visiting the Grand Canyon and several other national monuments, meteor crater, observatory, it's a great central location. You also have great views of Sunset Crater and the peaks right around you. Cons (kinda): 1. No elevator, so call and request a room on the first floor if you have a lot of luggage, seniors, or small ones in tow. We called early so we weren't inconvenienced at all. 2. Breakfast was the usual free continental that's listed. The fruit was pretty sad looking, no waffle iron here...but breakfast isn't a deal breaker for us 3. No laundry for customers- but there's a laundry-mat in the center across the street.

“Nice for the price”

This hotel worked out very well for us. It was only about 2 blocks from the NAU campus and had places close enough you could walk to if you wanted. Room was clean so was the lobby and breakfast area. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

“Accepts Dogs, No Train Noise :)”

I thought this hotel was decent. I would recommend this hotel for a low priced decent place to stay while in flagstaff. Nothing fancy but overall clean and with pleasant staff. Good location. Overall it was quiet although you could hear other's doors closing. It is conveniently situated across the street from a Walmart. We needed a place that would allow our shih tzu to stay and they did so, with no issues. The "pet waiver" that the other guest mentioned is reasonable to me.... (it annoys me when people bring unmannered barky or unpotty trained dogs and ruin it for everyone.) I had no problems.

“Nice Hotel”

Hotel price was reasonable. walking distance to restaurants and shops in the area. Not much to do in flagstaff, but conveniently located not too far from the Grand Canyon and Sedona. I would definitely recommed this hotel. they have a continental breakfast that consists of coffee, cereal and fruit. We did not use any of the ammenities like the pool beacuse of the weather.

“Nice Stay for Low Price”

There was nothing fancy about this hotel, but that was all that I needed. Location was good and right across from Wal Mart and Buffalo Wild Wings. Only one ice machine on first floor. Wireless Internet had a great signal and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again in the future if traveling alone.
