"The place is very well located. Extremely close to the dining and shopping options. The lady at the front desk is very courteous and kind. They let us store our luggage for free. The hotel Pool is very clean. Not to forget the room was very clean , fresh towels , and a small kitchen. Very big room. Extremely happy with the service. "

"Regina & Marina and all the staff were so friendly and pleasant. They were so helpful in making our first trip to Santorini so memorable. They told us where the best places to visit and eat were. They got us a guide to tour the island’s most famous places. We were able to see the white, black, and red beaches, the Acrotiri ruins, walk small towns, and visit a few churches. They also arranged for a sunset cruise with an amazing dinner. We stayed in room # one which is the largest suite with 3 levels and two jacuzzis. The rooms were Immaculate and well appointed. We were a family of four but the suite could easily fit 8. The in-room complementary breakfast was another perk. Highly recommend Kipos for dinner. Santorini is such a beautiful island and everyone is friendly. One of the best vacations my family has ever had. "

"Me and my wife had a fantastic stay in Santorini palace, I booked a Superior room with sea view I was given Room 409 with a very spacious balcony with amazing view of sunrise. The hotel and our room is very clean like really spotless. The breakfast was also great with wide variety of selections. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful especially Gianni in the restaurant. The room cleaner I don’t know who but one time I forgot to locked the safe with our passport and my wallet in it. I only realised that I left it unlocked after we got in from a day out. When I checked it everything is intact including some of our cash / pocket money. We are really pleased with the honesty of the person who cleaned our room. The bell boy was also very helpful in carrying our luggage’s. The only negative I can say was the taxi that I booked from the hotel did not turn up, I ended getting an airport taxi which cost a bit more. But other than that our stay was fantastic!"
