"We really enjoyed our time here. The owner warmed it in advance so that we would be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was nice as well. "The apartment overall was very good and pleasant. If you arrive by a car the parking is just infront of the house so it's very comfortable. The only two downsides were that the bedroom was very small with a sloped ceiling so if you're a couple sleeping there can be a bit uncomforted and inconvenient, and that the stovetops didn't work."

We hadden ook gedacht dichter bij de worthersee te zitten en deze gemakkelijker te voet konden bereiken. Dit viel ons een beetje tegen. Ook de snelweg boven ons vonden we af en toe wel hinderlijk. Verder is Oostenrijk prachtig en kregen we goede tips van Florian, de verhuurder. Al met al hebben we een goede vakantie gehad."

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....
