About this property

comfortable blockhouse for 2 persons with garden, lake nearby

  • Krumpendorf am Wörthersee A-9201, Erlachweg 31, 430 metres above sea level
NEW AS OF 2025: NO MORE CONSTRUCTION SITES IN THE AREA!!!!

Spend a cosy holiday in a romantic 200-year-old log cabin with a view of the lake and the mountains. The unique atmosphere of this former mountain farmhouse granary stems not only from its stylish and comfortable furnishings. The private lawn with lounge chairs in an enclosed area and the cosy balcony also offer a place to relax and unwind at any time of day. Pets welcome!

Distances: 5 minutes’ walk to the Kropfitsch beach and tennis courts; shopping, bars, restaurants, post office, doctor’s office, and pharmacy are 300 to 1,900 metres away.
The proximity to the highway isn’t an issue, as the house is situated diagonally below it; at most, you’ll hear a faint hum, but you can’t see the highway. We have many regular guests who aren’t bothered by this at all...

Description: For 2 people, approx. 40 m², living room, bedroom with Swiss stone pine panelling on the 1st floor, small bathroom, kitchenette, covered, wind-protected balcony facing south, rustic antique farmhouse furniture, two-burner electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, charcoal grill.

Hübsches kleines Holzhaus, mit allem was man braucht.
