"There were 11 in our party across four generations, the Villa had enough space & facilities to accommodate all of us easily. It was clean, with plenty of out door space, with shade in many places throughout the day. Although the Villa is not far from Cala d’Or we’d suggest you hire a car. The host was nothing but helpful before & during our stay."

"Nachdem wir 2022 bereits das Haus gemietet hatten, war die Entscheidung sehr leicht welches Haus es diesmal wird. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, sehr gute Kommunikation mit Hauseigentümerin. Diesmal war auch mein kleiner Enkelsohn dabei dem ein tolles Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Haus ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Meer ist zu hören und zu sehen. Wieder ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder."

"We were impressed by how clean and well appointed the villa was. Communication with the host was straightforward. The villa is well laid our with four good sized bedrooms. There's good views across the countryside to the sea in the distance. The area around the pool is particularly nice with a colonnaded area for dining and relaxing and plenty of space for sunbathing. The nearby town of S'Horta, under 5 minutes drive away, has shops, a chemist and a couple of nice restaurants on the town square...

"We came to Mallorca to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. The property was perfect for a small gathering of family and friends to celebrate with us. Our granddaughters loved the pool and outdoor area, especially when the wild chickens would fly into the trees at night. This was a perfect location for a family get-away and a relaxing vacation."

"Fantastic little apartment in a great location, seconds from the beach, and a short walk from restaurants,bars and shops. Really not overlooked like some apartments, so felt quieter and away from the hustle of town, although it was just around the corner. Whilst bedrooms and bathroom are small, the beds are comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep warm in the chilly spring nights during our stay. "We had a fantastic week at Son Terrassa. A beautiful property managed by this Mallorca family. Xisca our host was amazing and looked after us for the entirely week. Breakfast was a combination of topical Mallorca pastries, Spanish and they had if you wanted eggs. We also had a meal on Saturday night and the food was really good. My dish was roasted pig and was more than delicious . 11 out of 10 The pool facility is spectacular a perfect place for a splash after a hot sunny day I would...

"Great villa in great location with fabulous host. Fab local restaurant minutes walk from the villa which we also ordered take away from one night. Staff were so friendly. Local beach and other beaches were so lovely. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! Thanks Miguel for being so welcoming and looking after us during our stay!"

"Property and breakfast were awesome. Nice that the pool was also open in February. Bathroom has a separate toilet with a glass door? When opening the door to enter or exit the room anyone in the hallway can see the person on the toilet. Please frost the glass. "

"Air conditioning in all bedrooms was essential! Lovely pool area and barbecue area. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs, 2 minute walk from the beach. Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit."
