“Cozy Cottages great for families”

Very cozy cottages and excellent for families with children. You don't have to worry about the children making too much noise as they walk because there isn't anyone below you and you don't have to worry about people above you making noise. Private and well kept.

“Great time in Fairba!nks”

LOVED IT!!! Cute, extremely well kept. Great room. Landscaping really nice. River's edge for walk. Great food out on the deck by the water. Want to return.

“Paradise”

I believe this to be the best accommodations in Fairbanks. Perfect location, clean , friendly staff, goOd wifi, beautiful river right outside the door, the best halibut we had at the restaurant , quiet, I can't say enough. We loved this place and will stay here anytime we return!

“Adequate for the price”

we were very pleased with the cottages except for a few things. 1. Much better facilities provide a complementary continental breakfast. 2. wifi though provided was very inadequate. 3. TV limited to just a few channels.

“Fair in Fairbanks”

The location was centrally located and ideal. The amenities were greater than expected. There was full service concierge that was outstanding! They booked tours and gave us great information on local restaurants and must sees! The property was clean and very inviting! Our stay was very comfortable in spite of the 22+ hours of daylight. You will not find a better value for your dollar; I researched. I would highly recommend staying here and surely would visit again!

“Quiet charm”

This facility has a wonderful setting by the river, charming and well kept cabins. It has a small patio at each cabin to enjoy the outdoors as well as the indoors. It is easy access to the freeway, restaurants, fuel, and shopping but is still secluded and quiet.

“Great Place to Stay”

This was our first time at Rivers Edge Resort and it was wonderful. The location to the highway is great. We stayed two nights and it was quiet, peaceful and comfy. The buffet breakfast was perfect, but dinner is pricey. If we ever make it back to Fairbanks we will stay here again.
