"This hotel went above and beyond to help me rearrange my stay when a relationship change had me needing to re-book days to travel with a friend instead. I was so happy to not lose the booking! The beds were so comfortable and although the accommodation was on the smaller side, it was completely doable for two people based on the thoughtful arrangement of the room. The reclining bed was perfect for watching the Knick’s playoff game so comfortably! Great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, including a nice stroll along the waterfront. Such a nice, clean new addition to a new area of Boston! Thank you!"

"The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient to all of the sites as well as the subways. Everything was in walking distance. You do have to ask for room service as they do not clean the rooms every day unless you request it. I would stay there again!!"

"This is a large, bland corporate hotel. Food is tasteless, background music sounds like it’s AI-generated and you can’t escape it. Beds a little saggy. And their pricing algorithm tries to squeeze as much out of you as possible. But the staff are genuinely nice and helpful."
