“Okay”
The only complaints was that the bathroom was small and there was no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, there was an additional fee.
“Good location”
Convenient to Hynes Convention Center
“Hilton Boston Back Bay - nice but charge for everything”
Nice hotel in a great location. The doorman was really nice but the rest of the staff wasn't overly friendly. I liked it there but It was kind of pricey when you add up the room and the extras. It really annoyed me that they charged for WiFi in the room. We had free Wi-Fi everywhere else on this trip: airports, cafes, even the least expensive hotels.
“Pet friendly”
The staff at the Hilton Back Bay were extremely accommodating. We brought our two children and the family dog and had a nice 4 day weekend in Boston. The hotel location was perfect for a window-shopping stroll on Newbury Street and very close to the Pru and the Convention Ctr. Not as close to the Freedom Trail, but a quick cab or T ride to get to the Boston Common starting point. We advise you to take the Duck Tour from the Pru...save the cab fare to the Museum of Science. The Museum of Science is the perfect way spend a rainy day. There are many restaurants and pubs within walking distance of the Hilton. The Back Bay is a fun upscale area. But while in Boston, visit Faneuil Hall (Union Oyster House) and the North End for great Italian restaurants and Mike's Pastry shop!
“Good Choice”
I would recommend this hotel. It has great price for a fantastic location, just a block away from Boylster Street, Newbury and Commonwealth Ave. The business center has enough computers and a couple of printers to accomodate many people at once. The little deli/cafe at the lobby is also wonderful with Starbucks coffee and delicious sandwiches and pastries. The room and bathroom were very clean. The negatives: I was not impressed at all with Concierge, half the time they were not there and the other half they did not provide very detailed and specific information, especially for a first time tourist. The other negative, the little balcony outside my room was very dirty. Even though is is closed off and the sliders have been turned into windows, you can still see it and it does not provide a good appearance being so dirty.
“good stay”
Very helpful and nice staff. Very very clean room. Had a very nice stay I would not hesitate to go back again soon!!!
“Great view”
Went to boston for a class reunion. room was adequate size, clean and great view of Charles river and city. Convenient to the T (subway) and close to the Pru for shopping. Staff very friendly. Pool/gym nice perk. Would stay again.
“good location, nice staff, comfortable room”
Check-in and check-out were easy. I asked for preferred room location and they accommodated. The room was clean, a/c worked well, comfortable bed and pillow and a great view from the 24th floor.
“BU home away from home”
Always, comfortable, accommodating and walkable to BU.
“Very confortable hotel”
The only thing that I did not wanted was that they clean the rooms very late!!
