"This was a perfect property for our week-long family vacation. The space was obviously recently updated, so was fresh, clean and quite comfortable. It was just the right size for my wife, teenager (14) and me, with the teenager on the pull-out sofa in the living room. (You could swap one teenager for 2 smaller children, I'd guess.) The kitchen is a bit limited (toaster oven vs traditional oven) but we had not problem with making our own meals (and thanks for the Keurig coffees!) The view is...

"This condo was exactly what we were looking for in a beach vacation rental. The location was unbeatable - having easy beach access with pool and tennis courts on premises as well as restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Ian was very responsive to all questions. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!"

"Pros: location, location, location. On main strip, close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very nice pool. Unit was clean and amenities as described. Bed was comfortable. Cons: lack of freezer, facility is older than antcipated...a bit warn, toilet flush was stuck and required attention, bathroom sink emptied slowly, sofa definitely needs replacing. No laundry on premise. No lighting at outdoor elevator to beach and parking garage (maintenance was advised) which could have led to a dangerous...

"We arrived at 9pm and the office was closed. The instructions we received were not clear about how to get thru the locked gates and into our room. There should be boxes of facial tissues in the bathrooms. There wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to buy additional. Otherwise the stay and the property were fine."

"Overall this property is great. Clean, organized, spacious and great to have a pool. My only complaint would be that i feel like the property needs a gas grill for convenience. There is a charcoal grill but we arrived late our first night and were planning on throwing a few burgers on grill but there was no charcoal for the grill. We made it happen old school on a pan which was fine but just a bit more of a messy cleanup."
