"When we arrived for check-in at 4 o’clock, the room wasn’t ready for over two hours. They were unable to give us an estimated time of when the room would be ready so we just had to sit and wait unfortunately we missed our dinner plans that we had for 6 o’clock because after traveling, we weren’t able to shower and get dressed, we would just be uncomfortable and a nice restaurant after traveling for a while and not being able to shower and get ready first. The staff were kind and tried to help, but they l didn’t have any answers and they were extremely long lines to wait and be told just to continue waiting. They’ve broken up their lines into the super rewards line and a line for everybody else, and neither line moves quickly. The bathroom appeared to have been cleaned very quickly. There were some hair left behind & some spots on the mirror as well as dust & spiderwebs, that given the price of this hotel really shouldn’t have been there."
