"Very nice room, with a small balcony overlooking a stream. Saw a beaver and a duck in the stream so we were sure we were in Oregon. Only negative was we had 3rd floor with no elevator. It would have been nice to know prior to booking."
"It was just an overnight trip for me. I was visiting my son at U of O. I walked a few blocks from the hotel and found a funky bar, Crow and Cart and Japanese restaurant SuBo to dine in. They also had a cool coffee shop in the area that I visited the next morning, Glass House Coffee"

The restaurant was closed one full day with nothing allowed from kitchen. Not even coffee.
Perhaps set up a buffet style outside restaurant when this happens

"I had a late check in and early check out and the staff were very friendly and helpful both encounters, very clean and comfortable queen bed room with working TV, great AC, fridge w/ freezer section, microwave, and clean bathroom, shower, & sink! Quiet and nice property, my room was facing away from the road, so no traffic disturbances. Nice walkable sidewalks around the area as well. Stayed 3 nights for a decent price, would stay again."
"Hotel was clean, great AC for the heatwave and our room was a triple and large for a Hotel in Rome. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a drink or light dinner. Centrally located to everything."
"The service was great, the people there were very helpful in navigating me and assisting with issues I had. Unfortunately it was overall poorly maintained and quite dirty, I understand the price but it simply was unacceptable and had to wipe down the place myself. I did not expect lavish I simply just wanted a clean place when I arrived."
