I was in Burnaby checking out new apartments. This hotel was close to all the places we needed to go. The room was nice and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant and the food was good. There were also several other restaurants nearby and we had a great dinner at the Pho restaurant in the same plaza. There was a bit of a mix-up at check-in, but the front desk were helpful and handled it quickly.

Absolutely loved this property for the location and ease of access to downtown via the sea bus as well as walking distance to so many amazing little shops and restaurants. Used the pool, hot tub and eucalyptus infused steam room. The hotel room was very clean and the staff throughout were friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this property!

The hotel is attached to a shopping center and near a dock so it offers interesting walking areas. If you are arriving by car, there is no way to tell how to access the hotel. After circling three times, we drove blindly into a parking garage and finally discovered that was how to get to the hotel.
