"We loved our room and most of the staff was very nice but there was one young lady who informed us they were no longer cooking food at 9pm even though the menu you said “Order Anytime.” No hours of operation were posted. We understood until she took a break next to us in the lobby and ate the very meal we were going to order in front of us! "

"The staff was very helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights for our little break. For a budget hotel it was superb, the unique thing about this hotel was their celebrity theme rooms and the whole decor in and out of the hotel was pretty unique. It is very much walkable from the Beach, Town centre and other attractions. If we are back in the city will definitely stay there again."

"A lovely old property(150 years old) where they have kept some of the original features. I think it is due for an update in a few years but I hope they keep some of the original features. We stayed in the Coastguard cottages which were excellent but connected to the hotel with a covered walkway. The staff were excellent and very obliging. The evening meals were excellent although breakfasts were typical large hotel buffet style.i would still recommend it though."

"I found cockroaches in my room and now i know why Americans are scared of them "
