"Even before we walked in the door, the staff had begun to demonstrate the superior level of their service. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. "Beautiful hotel overlooking Etna . The food is great and with lots of choice . Brilliant for my wife who uses a wheelchair and the accessible room was really good . Difficult to find with the sat nav provided on the hirecar so beware of this . Use your mobile to find it . Has to be driven to as out of the way but what a view . "
