"I’m going to list the cons first: the ice maker did not work, the sink looked kinda funky and didn’t drain well, and there were always people hanging out on the property. That being said, the rest of the room was clean and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable the A/C worked well, and the tub was super clean and excellent for soaking. "Unfortunately, the add photo feature has not always been a part of Hotels.com so I do not have any photos to upload, as I did not expect for you to add this option. I stayed jn room 120, and thr moment I entered the room, I could see cockroaches crawling on the floor, then the walls, then the drapes, then the bed, toilet, sink, chairs, table, etc. They were everywhere. Most were very small, which tells me that they survived the most recent fumigation if there was one, as their lungs are too...

"Manager was extremely rude when we asked for additional towels. Room only had 2 bath towels and no soap. Manager stated that there were only two of us and didn't need hand towels or wash cloth. I couldn't believe how she countered all of our requests with "you don't need them"."

"This is a beautiful old building. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the Alamo. Nice location for walking along the Riverwalk, only a couple blocks away. They do a very nice breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Jasmine. "
