"Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue."

"Very poor for the price per night .. curtains hang off the rail .. kitchen is shocking no utensils that are useful .. fridge well more like a beer fridge .. no washing or drying facilities as stated the person in the house will wash and dry your clothes .. decor is poor and dated wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone"

"Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Dairy whilst our house was being renovated. Angie & her family made us very welcome. The area is great, and Ivinghoe Beacon is only a half hours walk across the fields. The tea shop in the village sells delicious cakes too."
