"Old time no tell motel; redone with a quasi hipster vibe. We were in town one night for a concert; and this was closest to the venue. Easy check in and out; front desk staff super friendly. Keep in mind this is an old property; redone very nice but small rooms and nothing in walking distance. And Classen av. is very busy in the morning; so you might need earplugs to sleep late."

"two single females. Not real picky guests as long as clean room, locking doors and quiet, so a bit curious of a $48 8.0 rated hotel. Very surprised by what we found.. easy to find, appears to be newly redone, friendly folks, room was clean and looked better than some $120 places. smelled good - not chemical, just clean. They have night time quiet rules and number of visitors a guest can have to help keep it quiet. No pool, but a small excercise room. Breakfast was not fancy, but adequate...
