Mainly I was very disappointed in the following: I had originally booked a two night stay but as it turned out we were unable to stay both nights. I canceled the second night a full day before our arrival. The hotel was clearly full and in demand, and they could easily have rebooked the room upon my cancellation, and probably did. But the front desk staff still refused to refund the second night when I made that request in person. "
