Clearly everybody who gives less than 5 stars is coming here with the wrong expectations. Read their website and you have all the information needed on what to expect. "This was a last minute booking and the hotel was very friendly and professional . The room was comfortable and spacious whilst the bar staff were very friendly. We had a bar meal which was a chef’s special - absolutely wonderful. We would certainly come back to this excellent hotel !"
