"We had a wonderful four-night stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. There were four of us traveling together, and we had two rooms. From the beginning, the staff were awesome—very helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a large variety of food to choose from, and all four of us really enjoyed it each morning. The location is excellent, especially if you enjoy shopping. There is tremendous shopping throughout the surrounding area, and the hotel is also conveniently located for visiting many of Osaka’s attractions, including Osaka Castle, the canal and river cruises, Osaka’s towers, and the large yellow Ferris wheel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Nikko Osaka. My only suggestion would be regarding the coffee provided in the rooms. Instead of the drip-filter style coffee, I think simple instant coffee would actually be more convenient and enjoyable. Great staff, great location, excellent breakfast, and an overall very enjoyable stay!"
