“Plan to return”
The first impression is important. At the check-in station the Clerks were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We were given information concerning breakfast, where ice machines were located, and directed to our room. The room was very clean and every thing was in place. The remote did not work with the TV, we could not turn the TV on, therefore, I returned back to the check-in station, told the clerk what the problem was and he called for a remote replacement. He did not have me wait for the replacement, he gave me the remote that they had at the station. Each morning there were different clerks and they all greeted you with a friendly smile. Breakfast was great! Room service very good also. Outside appearance is very good, clean yard. YES, I WILL RETURN and would recommend this hotel to friends.
“SUPER HOTEL A LITTLE HARD TO FIND AT 3:00 am”
THE HOTEL WAS GREAT IT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO FIND AT 3:00 AM WHEN IT'S DARK AND YOU'RE TRIED. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF FRIENDLY, THE BREAKFAST CHANGED EVERY DAY BUT WAS GOOD EACH DAY.
“Great place to stay, Excellent service”
Customer service was excellent! Room was very nice and very clean. I would stay there again. The only 2 draw backs were: 1. The trees were covering the hotel name, so from the street you had a hard time seeing it.. 2. There was a super long wait for the scrambled eggs and waffels to be made. So, I just had the yogurt, dry cereal, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee.

I work in Southfield 1-3 times a year. This was my first experience staying at the Hampton Inn. I was extremely impressed with the friendly, helpful staff. Everyone spoke when they saw you and it just made me feel like i was at home.

“Superb hotel, fabulous price”
Full, HOT breakfast. Very clean hotel & room. Bed was quite comfortable. Room was spacious. Free Wi-Fi. Large bathroom. Friendly and security-conscious service. Easy to find -- right off several interstates. Didn't use the pool but there was one. Quiet environment. Safe area / neighborhood. Just a superb experience...and we got it all for an unbelievably great price.

“Worth every cent”
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, accomodating me for an early check-in so I could freshen up for an early business meeting. The facilities were very good and clean. Make sure you take time to use the fitness facilities, pool and hot tub. Their version of a continental breakfast was more like a mini-buffet of items. I will definitely be staying with Hampton Inn in the future.

I found the hotel and its staff to be excellent. The food was good at breakfast. It was close and convenient to where I needed to go. It was affordable.

The poolside room was very convenient. My boys really enjoyed the pool. The staff was very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again.
