“Classy with a great casino”

Excellent value for the money. Comfortable, large rooms nicely furnished. I had a small fridge but no microwave, that was okay. Good restrauants with an excellent buffett.

“Awesome location and level of service!”

Beautiful room in fantastic 24 hour fun casino resort. Service and staff were fab and so were restaurants and bars - particularly heroes sports bar and vue bar with unbelievable views of the Detroit skyline Can't wait to return....

“Dinner + Show + Room”

Went to see Jay Leno so we stayed overnight. Forget checking in before 4pm. Line for dinner buffet was longer than expected. Theater room was very cold, and they only had two or three open exits for thousands of people to leave when show was over; waited a looonnnnggg time to get out. Casio busy but nice. Room was good but overpriced. Great breakfast buffet at reasonable price. Free overnight parking.

“Outstanding”

Very nice place to stay. Been to the other casino-hotels in the area and most likely will go back to here. It must have been smoke free cause didn't really see anyone smoking. That is huge for me.

“Beautiful hotel; sub-standard service”

No question this is a beautiful hotel and the price was good because of the depressed economy in Windsor these days. The service was sub-standard for a Caesars. Tried a couple of their restaurants and it was like the staff didn't really didn't know we were there. There was all kinds of yelling and screaming on our floor (12th) until 4:00 in the morning. Spoke to the service desk and they didn't seem to care. Obviously not the first time this has happened.

“Anniversary Trip”

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were extremely satisfied with Caesar's Windsor hotel staff and building. There are a number of restaurants in the hotel, which ranged from soup and sandwiches to fine dining. The rooms are huge with a king size bed, very large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Our particular room looked over the Detroit river. We would like to return to the hotel to see a show and stay the night. All in all a very good experience.

“Great hotel”

Clean rooms, well-lit hallways, and easy access to the casino. I would wander outside of the casino for food, but this is an excellent place to finish the evening.

Area recommendations
Amherstburg is a nice side trip from Windsor.

“It was a great blessing”

Our trip was planed on Thanksgiving. So there was a little wait to check in, and we got upgraded. So, we had fun. I told my Mom that it was my new condo. The room was clean, a had space. I only wished that I had booked longer.

Area recommendations
I lived in Windsor for 12 years, it's a nice city. I have family there. To see the different sites and just enjoy as a weekend trip is something nice.

“Windsors Best Hotel”

This hotel compares in size to the biggies in Las Vegas so be prepared to walk a bit from the parking garage to checkin but it is not exhausting as there are elevators and escalators aplenty. Our room was large and high up so a good view toward Belle Isle in Detroit and no noise. The swimming pool and spa area is worth going to even if you are not planning a swim just for the view, especially at night with many lights to see. Liked the buffet and also the breakfast restaurant but wish the machines had been kinder. They are really really tight but the table games are completely filled at all times so we didn't get a chance to comment on any of them. Too bad the area across the street from the front is under construction. Assume it will be a park, nice jogging trail along the river.

Area recommendations
Since we were there only one night meeting up with friends and relatives who live in Windsor we did not do any sight seeing other than we gazed at the fountain in the front of the hotel which was worth stopping for a few minutes at night. The neighbourhood seems to be more hotels and we did not venture further than that immediate area.
