"The owner reached out to me as soon as I made my reservation. I was able to text him with questions before and after our arrival. The staff greeted us and made sure we were comfortable for the evening. My kids loved that we were staying in a "castle". The experience is very different from staying in a traditional hotel. All accommodations are well fitted with equipment but sometimes equipment malfunctions, for instance, our room tv never worked and could not be fixed, our refrigerator stopped working one day but was quickly fixed. At our arrival they had no notice of reservation and it took some waiting until everything was cleared.
