Food for lunch and dinner was served fresh and at the correct temperature! Now the negatives ! My room was terribly noisy through badly fitting windows with zero insulation between room walls and the ceiling ! All the early evening was clip clop of people walking ! Not other fault of either the people just poor design...

"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. From what I could see, the penthouse terrace was nice but I wasn’t about to do stairs the whole...
