" My wife and I stayed at Haile Grand for about 15 days after our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Our booking included breakfast, and we truly appreciated how thoughtful the dining options were—especially for vegan and vegetarian guests. Even when certain items weren’t listed on the menu, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and ensure we were satisfied. The cleanliness and sanitation across the entire resort were outstanding. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily without fail, and always stocked with Haile protein bars for two and bottled water. We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help.
