"This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set...

"Mario the owner was very hospitable and friendly. He even provided us with the room after check out as we had a Mt Etna tour. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. I highly reccomend this stay. "
