"The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe."

"This was a perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to historical sites, restaurants, shopping, vending machines, the fish market, etc. Max gave helpful information about local sites and restaurants. On-street parking and a parking lot were both within walking distance. The building and room were older but the location more than made up for that. "

One time she yelled and screamed at me, I would not feel bad if she just peacefully talked to me. Another time, while another lady guest and I were having breakfast in the kitchen, this cleaning lady complained: the stove needs to be cleaned, the toastor needs to be cleaned, then she repeated the...

"I can’t rate the place itself because we never did find it, even using GPS. Finally gave up & grabbed a room elsewhere. It might be a nice place to stay, but it is hard to find & if GPS is to be believed, you’ll be hauling your luggage on foot a good bit."
