There are issues such as an unwanted phone call at 4:45 and the front desk didn't know why. One elevator made strange noises consistently. For the entire hotel there was only one washer and one dryer.

It was clean and the staff was great. I wish I hadn't overslept and missed the breakfast. The indoor pool was out of order. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was fast and staff extremely friendly. Location was fine for us as we just needed a room to sleep close to the airport. The only thing that didn't work out was the wake up call at 2:45am. So I'm glad our alarm on our phone worked otherwise we would have missed an early flight.

There was a leak above room 138 that came thru the bath room ceiling light and filled the bathroom floor with water . It was coming from 238 above . Leaked when 238 was showering . We did fine .

The staff were very helpful and friendly. My daughter's plane was delayed 4 hours and I worked in the breakfast room until taking the shuttle to meet her and family. The hotel breakfast was way above average, something for everyone. Rooms were very clean and you can walk next store to hotel with restaurant and bar. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman that welcomed us in for our stay was wonderful. The elevators have some wear and tear from luggage carts. But we booked the suite and couldn’t be happier. Plenty of space and comfy beds! Thank you so much!

Did not like transportation from the airport. Seems there are 2 Quality Inns at the Denver airport .Driver took us to the " Gateway" location when he was clearly told Quality Inn airport location. Guess he wanted the extra tip!

Staff was friendly and efficient, room clean and comfortable. LOTS of people in the hall late that were loud, but that's not necessarily the hotel's fault. Very quick trip backninto tje airport.

The shuttle did not arrive for over an hour, even though it was supposed to arrive every 30-40 minutes. It would not have been a problem if the hotel did not have an attitude of "it's not our problem--they're an independent contractor--just wait." If the hotel hired them and it is listed as an amenity, then it is their responsibility. The first time I called they should have inquired with the shuttle service, and it would have been resolved sooner. I asked for a later checkout (1 hour later to make up for the inconvenience.) The person at the front desk said no.

I've stayed at 10 DIA area hotels and this place was of the worst. The positives are: convenient location, new carpet in room, fairly comfortable/clean bed. That said the property is gross: murky pool with large items, possibly articles of clothing floating. It was dirty, cold water and the hot tub was covered with a concrete block. We booked so our kids could swim while we waited out a storm. I can deal with cold. The pool was nasty. The room was as well. Stained chair upholstery and couch looked 30 years old. The street noise was crazy loud. We stayed the next night at an adjacent property two doors down. We were on Tower Rd. No noise. Staff at check in was fine. Not good not bad. The rest of the people we spoke with, asked questions of, or had any interaction with clearly hated working there. Would never stay again.

I’ve stayed here before for the Park & Fly feature. Very convenient. At the time I checked in, I was told I needed to pay an additional $40 to leave my car for the week. This was not made clear when I made the reservation on Expedia, where I made the reservation before and there was no additional charge. It’s not a dealbreaker but it should be made clear. One suggestion for housekeeping; our room had an abundant supply of towels and hand towels, but not a single was cloth. People do still use wash cloths, so please put a few in the bathroom. The free continental breakfast is wonderful! Great selection. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was friendly and professional.
