“Can't wait to go back”

We really enjoyed our stay here from the beginning to the end it was a pleasure trip. The staff was so helpful and recommended excellent restaurants to us. Our room was beautiful thanks again for making our stay so pleasant.

“Good place to stay in Daytona/Ormond Beach area”

Stayed in a two bedroom suites at the Royal Floridian South. The suite was very comfortable, clean, had a fully furnished kitchen, and had a balcony with a great view of the beach. The hotel has many activities (e.g. indoor and outdoor pools, miniature golf, etc.), a friendly and helpful staff , and is conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The only negative issue that I experienced was the lack of parking spaces - depending on the time of day, finding a space could be a real challenge. If I were to go back to the Daytona / Ormond Beach area, I would definitely stay at the Royal Floridian and I would recommended it to anyone going there.

“Best Ever”

We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom with living room, kitchen and balconey. We had ocean view from the balconey and portion of the living room. We loved it. Granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms, everhthing was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed two nites, next time we will stay a week.

This was the best weekend stay we have had in a very long time . Felt like I was at home and totally relaxing and great service. The suite we were in you could eat off the floor, full size appliances,very comfortable bed and livingroom area a beautiful view of the Ocean. on a scale of 1-10 this was a 20!

Wi fi did not work for 4 days, some exercise equipment was worn and pool closed too early.. Other than that is was great

I was very impressed with how well the resort was taken care of. Every morning the pool was cleaned. The lobby was constantly being cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful, Plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. On a more negative note, the cars on the beach were totally annoying and dangerous. Cars are allowed to park right in front of the resort on the beach. On the weekends the cars come pouring in. They have no consideration for the people on the beach. So, imagine all these cars parked close together in front of the resort. The enterance to the beach is located in front of where all the cars are parked. So, in order to get to the beach you have to walk through the parked cars.So many times I witnessed kids running from the pool deck ,to the beach through the parked cars on to the beach...........not stopping to look for cars. Its like crossing a busy street. The week days aren't as busy, but you still have to worry about cars. The elevators are painfully slow. Guests reserve lounge chairs and umbrella tables for their entire family, by 8:00am all the tables are reserved and half the lounge chairs, despite the signs posted stating this is prohibited (many people who lacking common courtesy).
