“REVIEW LABOR DAY WEEKEND 2011”

Only 2 issues: 1. the business office includes 3 computers. When I needed to do a quick email, 2 guests were watching movies on the hotel computers. I let the front desk staff know that I was not pleased. 2. The front desk staff wasn't sure how to give me articulate directions BACK to the rental car return area of DFW. Lots of construction in the area...I drove around for an hour before finding the location. Seems like a common question. Other than that, Marriott is always superlative...room service (Victor) was accomodating and on time.

Area recommendations
Addison had everything I was looking for...shopping, restaurants, etc.
Getting around
Too much construction going on in and around Dallas...simple directions should be offered.

“Not Impressed, wont go back”

The hotel was very appealing to the eye and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning didn't work so we sweat in our sleep, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Room service brought my husbands order but not mine and took them an hour to bring it (french fries for petes sake) and only after I called to remind them.....so no... I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
