“Definitely RECOMMEND this hotel”

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Very good hot breakfast, plus personnel went out of their way to accommodate us. We needed to replace a piece of luggage that was damaged during our flight to Dallas. They arranged a quick shopping trip for us to a nearby shopping center, which we very much appreciated.

“Safe, Secure and Quiet”

This hotel is in a very safe place of Dallas. The parking lot is well lit, easy in and out of driveway, pretty much 20 minutes to any of the major sites you want to get to in Dallas/Arlington/ area. Breakfast was more than ample with sausage, bacon and waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice. The only gripe I had about the entire experience at this motel was they need to replace the single washer/dryer they have there with two stacks. The dryer was needing to be replaced as it took three dollars to dry our jeans. Well you can't be perfect all the time, but this place was just about there. They treated me well even using a third party for a booking agency. My kids loved the pool after being in the hot Texas sun all day. The room A/C was cold and they have beds you can actually get up from sleeping and walk around all day without being stooped over. On our next stay in the Dallas area we will be here again.

I was surprized at the quality of the hotel. I had never done a reservation without knowing where I would be staying and was quite worried what I would get. I was pleasantly pleased at what I recieved. I will do all my reservations this way from now on. I received great value for the price. Loved it.

“Comfortable, clean and great amenities for an awesome price!”

I was searching for a hotel to stay in when visiting Dallas for my brother's birthday and I found that this hotel had great ratings, reviews and a great price for all the amenities, plus it's family and pet friendly. So I decided to book it, from all the other ones in the area, even though it was not in the heart of the city but only like a 12 min ride away, which is not bad at all, plus you get to see the skyline of the city on the way over. Anyways, when we got to the hotel the clerk was very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious and I was surprised the bathroom was big and gorgeous as well! The beds were heaven to sleep in (I didn't wanna get up in the morning!) The pool and spa were perfect. Also, the breakfast was AWESOME. They had an actual complete breakfast that included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, coffee, apple and orange juice, bagels, toast and Make-your-own-waffle maker, all very yummy and healthy at the same time. Overall, perfect hotel stay. I HIGHLY recommend it!

“would definately stay again”

The hotel is in a great neighborhood. The building appears fairly new. Restaurants nearby. Nice standard amenities (coffee maker, microwave, microfridge, free internet access, fitness center). Friendly front desk staff. My only problem with the stay was that the person on the floor above me had kids that kept running up and down the hall. I called the front desk to complain and very little was done about the matter. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Hotel; Not-so-great city”

The hotel was great! We had a very nice room, and the staff was very friendly. After having trouble with a rental car, we were warmly welcomed to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choices and plenty of everything. After losing our way every time we left our hotel, we felt as if we were coming "home" when we arrived back at the hotel. Finding the hotel was easy. It was finding our way around the rest of Dallas that we had trouble with! If you are ever in Dallas, this hotel is a must!
