“Clean & Great Price!”

This hotel was very nice and clean for the price. The hotel staff was great and helpful. The room had lots of room and I believe the bathroom was the best thing about the hotel. Hotel is in very nice area of Dallas and is esay access to the DFW, Six Flags, Cowboys Stadium, and Rangers Ballpark.

“i will consider this hotel next time i visit.”

I enjoyed the spaciiousness of my room but for some reason I was given a handicap accessable room. I had a hard time with the shower head staying on the pole.:.little issue but I wish I had a regular shower. The dining room was very nice and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything. All in all...I would come back.

Area recommendations

Travelers would enjoying visiting the Stock Yards in Fort Worth and visit the site where JFK was assasigned in Dallas.

“Our Super Bowl stay”

Very nice, clean hotel. There was not a bad thing about this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned in a timely manner and well done. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Melissa at the front desk was outstanding...she went out of her way to find directions for us or information to get us to the Super Bowl without having to drive. We were under the impression that all rooms had a frig and that was not the case in our room. However everything else was very good. The manager took his time to talk to us when he was there and offered his help for anything we needed. Would stay there again if we were in the area.

“Probably won't go back”

Hotel was very nice, but they had Salsa music blaring until after 2:00 a.m. that I could hear from my room on the 3rd floor. I complained the next morning at check out, and the employee didn't apologize or say anything to me. When I was checking in, the two employees behind the front desk cracked a dirty joke right in front of me. Extremely distasteful and POOR customer service.

“Not Impressed”

My wife and I stayed there for three nights and we had a below par experience. 1st, we could hear airplanes all the time. It is a few miles from the airport, but I figured the rooms would be better insulated. 2nd, house keeping didn't come on the second day to clean the room. 3rd, our air conditioner keep "freezing up" and we would have to turn it off and back on again after we came back to the hotel because it would be pretty warm in there.

“Nice place to stay”

Staff was very friendly and helpful.Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to all our intended destinations. Only negative is we wanted to relax with a cocktail from the bar after a long day before retiring for the night and bar was closed rather early. Bartender did make a drink to take to the room. Would definitely stay there again.
