“Great Location..Stuffy/Hot”

The hotel was very stuffy/hot in the halls. When I got to my room, I had to call downstairs to let them know that the lock on the door was broken. The next morning I went to the front desk and stood there for 15 minutes. No one was a the desk. I had to grab a business card and call one of the numbers and still wait 10 minutes before the worker presented at the front desk. I then needed to inform him that not only did we have to let them know about the door lock being broken but that when we decided to go to sleep and close the curtain, I also noticed that the curtain rod was broken and that I only had 1 big towel in my room. We reserved a room for 2 people. Every hotel that I've ever stayed at had plenty of towels for 2 guests. Breakfast at the hotel was horrible. The waffle syrup tasted old and they had the milk sitting on the counter from the time they sat out all of the breakfast items. It could have at least been in a bowl of milk. By the time I had breakfast the milk was really warm. Overall, the hotel was okay just to stay overnight. The location was great because the Irving mall was about 5 minutes away...along with Six Flags, the Ranger stadium and the Cowboy stadium.

“Great Location to DFW”

Quick and easy access to DFW. Located just one block off of main freeway = easy on and off.

“Don't stay here!”

I will never sacrifice comfort for cost again. The air conditioner would shut of and would not come back on unless turned off then on again. The walls were paper thin, I could hear people beside me and above me. There was standing water in the shower, the mattress was uncomfortable. Don't stay here if you plan on being comfortable and getting a good nights sleep.

“PASS on this Hotel”

Booked a Non-Smoking King on Expedia...got a full size bed. They said there were no King rooms available for that price and would not upgrade us. The rooms are old and smell like it. The towels were dirty with body hair in the threads. The bathtub had standing dirty water that did not drain. The toilet was dirty.... The back of the building had flooded sidewalks from the sprinklers causing you to wade through water to get to the entrance. Just an overall poor experience. Spend the extra money for a more comfortable home away from home.

“Dallas trip”

This hotel is all right if your not their all day. It was very convenient for the price I paid for it. Wasnt impressed with it at the beginning but the proximity and service made up for it. I plan on staying there next time I'm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Stay here for business of a week. It is worthy because price and close to airport.

“not a good choice.....even for the price”

The room was disgusting. There was no door on the closet, the carpeting was old and unfinished in spots (where you could see the plywood). The bedspread was gross and had burn holes in it. I checked out after seeing the room and went across the street to the Marriott. Much more expensive, but definatly worth it.
