I would've like to know about the extra $50 incidental fee you have to pay when you you pay for your room... It's refunded when you check out if the room is left in good condition, but I would've been nice to know up front... Also, when I paid for the room and asked for a receipt, the front desk clerk said she couldn't give me a receipt because they had to keep it for their records... I asked her to make me a copy, but she acted like it was such an inconvenience I just took a picture of the receipt... We booked a 2 bed non-smoking and the rooms are very small... I only booked this hotel cause it was close to Texas Live food festival, but I probably won't stay here a second time

Front desk not very helpful. Parking for trucks with trailer nigh impossible and I specifically asked about parking! Rooms are not clean, are old and in disrepair. Only high note...the air conditioner worked! I will NOT be back!

Very dirty, broken beds room smell like mildew and cigarette there no breakfast or grab and go only on the weekends. Extremely small rooms uncomfortable beds and curtains for blankets no real bedding. Staff is rude won’t ever try to fix anything will try to argue with you for letting them know something is wrong. Will never be back.

There was roaches and bed bugs iny room , the housekeeping was random and very late , the front desk was not willing to try and accommodate me as far as a specific room location that I desired . The drains in the restroom were backed up and overall I was very uncomfortable in this hotel .

The staff is fantastic, friendly, very approachable. I feel bad for them because the property itself is so neglected, dirty area and generally not very safe. But then again, it is VERY cheap! The staff is what makes the property!

If your destination is Six Flags, great location! A few restaurants near by. The staff was very friendly and nice, however, shocked there was no breakfast!! But the coffee was really good. I was shocked that you had to pay up front a security deposit, but it was returned after the room was check. Would have appreciated knowing this before booking. Will book here again.

Poor Cleanliness / Experience & Roaches
Came in to a room that had clearly not been swept or vacuumed. There were food/cosmetic wrappers on the ground along with dirt and dust. Shower had noticeable grime on the floor. Water pressure was also poor. Found 2 roaches running around near the refrigerator. See pictures attached for roaches that were killed during my stay.
