The room was cramped, and the pictures made it look WAY Bigger than it actually was. Was overpriced and charged extra for everything. Tried to leave two water bottles in the room and charge $5 EACH if we used them. Not my best stay, but not the worst. The staff were kind!

Walking into the hotel, it was presentable, clean, staff was very polite. Making my way up to my room, the elevator was very noisy, making it sound like it was not fully operable (I did use the stairs most of my stay). There was a mild musky odor like moisture or humidity in the hallway. The ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. There was trash in one of the trash cans in my room.

Muy limpia las instalaciones, cuenta con restaurante con opciones healthy y deliciosas, el gym muy limpio, tiene tiendita de snacks, cerveza y medicamentos de emergencia a las 24 hrs. El personal muy amable y servicial. Muy tranquilo los cuartos, no hay ruido y pude dormir tranquila sin interrupciones.

It was difficult to find this hotel and I was very disappointed when they told me they would not be opening the restaurant for dinner or breakfast the next day, since they were not busy enough. I purposely chose them because they offered the convenience of dining in. I did find the room to be very clean, quiet and comfortable.

I booked over a month in advance or several weeks and was assigned a handicap room. They did not inquire if I objected to this type of room, just assigned. When I complained, said they were sold out, sorry! Sorry is unexceptable.

Great location and comfort!
Down for my wife’s bday weekend. The hotel location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Our days were busy and on the go. After returning to the hotel every day we were able to relax. The bed and pillows were awesome and comfortable.

Well managed property with attentive staff. Extra amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving items in room. Close to all the shops without being in the crowded areas. Would stay there again.
