The heavy set woman who works on Saturdays and Sundays has poor etiquette with speaking to customers. She doesn't understand the tonality of her voice. Bitter type.

No charging ports or iron in room. Insufficient electrical outlets near bed for charging phone, etc. Had been remodeled recently and looks like they purposely covered outlets that were previously available.

The elevator was broken and I had climb 4 flights of stairs. Stairway needed a little attention but the staff was professional and courteous. The main entrance and all other public areas were nice and clean.

There were Doritos and Pretzels on the floor of the hotel room. The ice machine on the first floor was the only one that worked. The floor had stains. There was no extra pillows for the pullout bed and no blankets. The phone in the room didn’t work. The front desk would answer calling from our cell phones after about the 5th call. Very disappointing stay.

We had booked a room with a kitchenette, but we got a room without a kitchenette (or we thought we did, as the rooms all have the same name, but some have a kitchen and others don’t). But the front desk staff, Faith, was amazing. She was so kind, and easily helped me to get the right room that we needed. But our new room with the kitchenette, smelled so bad. The whole floor smelled like weed, which is a lot when you’re not used to the smell. We had to buy air freshener for our room. The couches were extremely stained and dirty, and the shower and bedding weren’t the cleanest. The kitchenette literally had 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 mug, and 1 spoon. The couple pots were helpful, but some more cutlery and plates would have been nice. No dish towels or dish soap (which has usually been provided in other hotels) - so we had to buy dish soap and use bath towels to wash dishes. There was only 1 washer and dryer for laundry facilities, which were always being used, so we couldn’t use them. And the space for the detergent was full of water, the one time it was empty - so we opted not to wash our clothes there. The breakfast was good - decent selection for a continental breakfast, the warm options were nice. It did the trick, but the cleanliness and the smell of the hotel were the worst of the stay.

Room smells and the carpet was sticky. Ask to change rooms and denied my request. Building looks new but the whole rooms were like 20 years old. Bad services, ugly rooms with terrible smells. Stay away

Enjoyed my weekend vacation and rested. The staff was more on the unprofessional and rude side tho I just did my best to stay away from needing anything from them. They projected a lot of negative energy also as if it was a problem to be accommodated with anything. The lady for Sunday morning shift I would have to say was the worst!! And also had her daughter.

The staff were kind of nice but very hood. The whole hotel was dirty and you could tell they don’t care about cleanliness. Of course management doesn’t care to properly fix problems with the hotel. So many issues I was afraid to sleep with lights off. I stayed up watching to see if some critter would crawl out of cracks and holes in the wall. Sheets had stains and the comforters. Wish it was better bc we liked some staff.

I had a guy from the front desk come wake us up banging on the door as hard as he could and yelling at 12:15am that I need to get up and get out and that I’m not supposed to be there and all this crazy stuff I didn’t get any sleep before my grandmas funeral. I want my money back
